Composition of lemon syrup and nutmeg:
- 4 lemons
- 3/4 cup of sugar
- 3/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- A quarter of ice water
- Nutmeg (for decoration)
Method of action of lemon syrup and nutmeg:
- Peel the Citrus, put the crusts in a glass jar and add sugar to them, close, shake, leave overnight.
- Add lemon juice to the peel bowl, re-close and shake until the sugar dissolves.
- Pour into a large bowl, add cold water.
- When serving directly, pour the mixture into glasses and add a quarter of the ice cubes, then sprinkle nutmeg on top.
