
Natural rose juice is one of the famous juices all over the world, in the Levant this juice is made in an easy way and stored and served cold in the hot summer days, it has a wonderful flavor and aroma, in addition to refreshing the heart.
Ingredients
- Kilo rose Gori
- 2 kg sugar
- Two large hanging lemons or lemons
- Two food color commentators
- Rose water
Method of preparation
- We bring the Rose and clean it from any residue or leaves stuck in it, which can be washed if you wish.
- Stretch the Rose on a clean cotton swab until it is removed from the water
- In a large saucepan put two liters of water and add the Rose and the amount of sugar
- We raise the fire until the mixture boils and once the boiling occurs put the lemon salt, stir and weaken the fire under the saucepan
- Let the mixture boil for 3 hours to get a thick estate
- Before extinguishing the fire we add food color as desired, add rose water, stir and extinguish the fire
- Halve the mixture while it is hot, leave it to cool and pack it in clean glass bottles or containers depending on your availability.
- It can be stored in the fridge for a good time.
- A wonderful rose syrup can be prepared by stretching this condensed liquid into water to your liking.
