
Apricot juice of juices are very useful especially for children where the drug for the treatment of diarrhea when, as recommended for persons balloon of weakness, and anemia.

Ingredients:
- 1kg apricot
- 2 cups water
- Quarter teaspoon rose water
Method of preparation:
- Wash apricots, cut in half and remove the cores from them.
- Put water and sugar in a pot on the fire for a quarter of an hour then add the apricots and simmer.
- Remove from heat and leave until the temperature subsides, then add rose water and stir.
- Set aside until cool, drain and refrigerate for about 4 hours.
- Serve apricot juice cool .
