
Rose syrup is a popular drink famous by the city of Damascus and is one of the Ramadan drinks deservedly prepared from ready rose water, sugar and water and some of them soak the Rose leaves with the addition of the previous elements and then filtered and packaged and cooled before serving

Ingredients:
- 200g Raspberry
- 10 ml rose water
- 400 g white sugar
- 200 ml water
- 15 ml sour juice
Method of preparation:
- Rose and blackberry syrup.
- Wash blackberries and place in a refrigerator bag.
- Sprinkle over it 100 g of sugar.
- Set in the fridge for at least six hours or overnight.
- Empty the contents of the bag in a colander, and leave the syrup to drain into the bowl under the colander, without pressing the pulp.
- Blackberries may be used for another purpose, for example for a dessert dish.
- Add water, rose water and remaining sugar to a bowl and stir with a hand whisk until dissolved (a mixer may also be used).
