Ingredients
- - 2 cups sugar
- - 2 cups of rose water
- - ½Cup lemon juice

Method of preparation
- Boil 1 cup water with the sugar until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Add the lemon juice and bring to a boil.
- Add a drop of color then add rose water and keep the drink boiling for a few minutes.
- Turn off the heat and leave to cool, then store in a glass bottle, put it in the refrigerator.
- When you want to serve rose syrup, put 3 tablespoons of rose syrup in a glass with cold water, add ice cubes, and you can put mint leaves if desired.
