  • To prepare the dough of:
  • 3 cups flour
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • Pinch of salt
  • To make chocolate sauce:
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa
  • 1 tablespoon milk powder
  • ½Teaspoon vanilla
  • ½Cup water
  • For decorating:
  • Soft sugar
  • Ground cinnamon

Method of preparation

  1. In a deep saucepan over the fire put the water with a pinch of salt, vanilla and butter until the water boils, the butter melts and the ingredients mix together .
  2. Remove the pan from the heat, add the flour at once and stir with the ingredients until we get a soft dough.
  3. After the dough has cooled, add the egg and rub it with the dough well .
  4. We put a little dough in the funnel intended for the churro and form even fingers from it .
  5. Fry the fingers in abundant oil after slightly warming it .
  6. Mix cocoa, vanilla, milk and water and stir well to make the chocolate sauce ready .
