Method of preparation

  1. Wash the dates thoroughly, remove the seeds and set aside in a bowl .
  2. Get the nuts and put them in a bowl .
  3. Grind the dates well with a grinder until it becomes a smooth dough .
  4. Put the dates in a bowl and put in the refrigerator until it cools down .
  5. Meanwhile roast the nuts in a bowl until they acquire a light color and become crispy and then crumble them a little.
  6. Put the date dough in a bowl on the fire and continue stirring for about 5 minutes then add the nuts and turn off the fire .
  7. Stir the nuts so that they overlap well in the date dough .
  8. Let the dough cool slightly and then form balls, sprinkle with coconut and then put the balls in the refrigerator for several hours or in the freezer for about an hour until completely cooled and ready to serve .
