This drink helps in the diet systems to burn fat quickly, it is composed of lemon, ginger, cinnamon and cumin where each of them is considered a medicine alone for the stomach and colon, served a quarter of an hour before each meal i.e. before breakfast, lunch and dinner .

  • 5 cups water
  • 1 fresh lemon
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 teaspoon cumin love
  • 1 piece fresh ginger

Method of preparation

  1. We start by cutting the lemon into slices and then cut the ginger into thin slices .
  2. After saving the lemon, cumin, cinnamon and ginger in water for a quarter of an hour .
  3. Reject the ingredients on the fire and let it boil for a quarter of an hour .
  4. Halve the water after you drink the flavor and properties of the boiled ingredients with it and keep it in a glass container and the diet drink is ready .
