- 5 cups water
- 1 fresh lemon
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 teaspoon cumin love
- 1 piece fresh ginger
Method of preparation
- We start by cutting the lemon into slices and then cut the ginger into thin slices .
- After saving the lemon, cumin, cinnamon and ginger in water for a quarter of an hour .
- Reject the ingredients on the fire and let it boil for a quarter of an hour .
- Halve the water after you drink the flavor and properties of the boiled ingredients with it and keep it in a glass container and the diet drink is ready .
