Method of preparation
- The oven is heated up to 190 ° C.

- Then put the flour in a large mixing bowl and add the almonds, sugar, ground cloves, orange peel, orange juice and egg whites. Mix the ingredients until well mixed. If you feel that the mixture is stiff, add some water carefully so it does not tender an increase.
- Then take a portion of the mixture and form it into rectangles 15 cm long, 2 cm thick and 5 cm wide. Then bake it for 20 to 25 minutes.
- The biscuit will be soft when it comes out of the oven and will automatically dial when it cools, but before the biscuit cools, grease it with honey and sprinkle with excess almond pieces. At the end, they brought a hot cup of coffee and enjoyed delicious Maltese biscuits.
