
Tea biscuits can not be dispensed in the early morning with a cup of coffee or tea or juice for children so we offer you an easy way to prepare it at home with economical ingredients to get a larger amount at a lower cost which is eggs, sugar, flour, yogurt and oil form a paste and then form biscuits and put in the oven

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- ½Cup sugar
- 2 cups white flour
- 1 tablespoon yogurt
- ½Cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon Peking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
Method of preparation
- Put in a bowl both eggs, sugar and oil and beat the ingredients with an electric whisk well until white.
- Add the yogurt, vanilla and baking powder and whisk until the ingredients are completely mixed .
- Gradually add the flour, stir with the spatula and knead with our hands a little until a firm and soft dough forms .
- Divide the dough into two parts, put the cocoa for the first half (optional) and add a little yogurt if the dough becomes dry .
- Spread the dough and cut it with a biscuit cutter and then put the pieces on a tray with butter paper.
- Protect the oven at 180 and put China in it for about 20 minutes until biscuits are golden in color and can run your oven's broiler for a few minutes until the pieces are golden from the top .
- Remove from the oven and leave until completely cool and ready to serve .
