Method of mint chocolate syrup

This drink is considered closer to sweets, which is a mint whipped with milk and white chocolate, and this combination may seem strange in our Arab culture but it is a suitable opportunity to try it and discover the surprise, some call it mint Marrakech and others white chocolate mousse mint.


  • • 800 g skim milk
  • • 15 g Moroccan mint tea leaves
  • • 250 g white chocolate
  • * 6 g mint paste

Method of preparation:

  1. Mint leaves are soaked with milk for a whole night in the refrigerator.
  2. Strain the milk to remove the tea leaves. Milk is weighed with mint and milk is added to it until the total weight is815 G.
  3. Bring the milk to a boil and then add the white chocolate until it melts.
  4. Mix in a hand blender to hold, add mint paste and stir for about 30 seconds.
  5. Serve hot or cold.
