
This drink is considered closer to sweets, which is a mint whipped with milk and white chocolate, and this combination may seem strange in our Arab culture but it is a suitable opportunity to try it and discover the surprise, some call it mint Marrakech and others white chocolate mousse mint.
Ingredients:
- • 800 g skim milk
- • 15 g Moroccan mint tea leaves
- • 250 g white chocolate
- * 6 g mint paste
Method of preparation:
- Mint leaves are soaked with milk for a whole night in the refrigerator.
- Strain the milk to remove the tea leaves. Milk is weighed with mint and milk is added to it until the total weight is815 G.
- Bring the milk to a boil and then add the white chocolate until it melts.
- Mix in a hand blender to hold, add mint paste and stir for about 30 seconds.
- Serve hot or cold.
