  • 6 cups milk
  • 3 caramel cream envelopes
  • ½Cup sugar
  • ½Cup cocoa
  • 4 tablespoons corn starch
  • 2 tablespoons Nescafe
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 can of cream
  • ½Cup chocolate

Method of preparation

  1. In a deep saucepan put the milk, add the caramel cream and stir .
  2. Add sugar, cocoa and starch while continuing to stir .
  3. Add the Nescafe, vanilla, cream and small chocolate pieces and mix all the ingredients cold well .
  4. We raise the pot on the fire and continue to stir the ingredients until the mixture boils and the ingredients mix .
  5. Pour the mixture into a mold after greasing with oil and refrigerate for four hours after letting it rest in the mold for a quarter of an hour .
  6. Remove from the refrigerator, turn over on a larger plate, decorate with cocoa and powdered sugar and ready to serve .
