Method of work of ordinary pudding

  • 4 cups liquid milk
  • ½Cup white sugar
  • 1 Chantilly cream envelope
  • 1 tablespoon blossom water
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons corn starch
  • 4 tablespoons white flour
  • Pistachios and nuts to taste for decorating

Method of preparation

  1. Put in a bowl both the sugar, flour and starch and gradually add the milk and continue with the hand whisk until completely dissolved with the milk .
  2. Put mixture on high heat until it boils and becomes coherent, and then add the butter and stir to Melt, mix well .
  3. Turn off the fire, add the dice water and cream powder and beat with an electric whisk until the ingredients are completely mixed together .
  4. Pour the pudding into the serving yogurt and put it in the fridge for at least 4-5 hours or a whole night until it holds and then decorate with nuts and pistachios and serve .
