Method of work of Palestinian alansonia

Method of preparation

  1. Soak the anise in hot water:

  3. Add oil to dry ingredients and knead well .
  4. Add the soaked anise with the amount of soaking water and knead the ingredients to get a cohesive dough .
  5. Leave the dough for 20 minutes to rest .
  6. Put and parchment butter in the oven tray and spread the dough 2 cm thick and cut it and then enter it into the oven at 180 degrees until it acquires a golden color .
  7. We take it out and pour the Sherpa over it .
  8. Note: the Shira should be at room temperature and the anise tray should be hot .
