Method of preparation
- Knead all ingredients together until butter and margarine mix with the dough

- We take out the dough from the refrigerator until it becomes soft well and then knead with a sprinkle of Mazhar and stuffed with dates and dough cold
- We must sprinkle flour on the mold before forming to show the mold drawing well and do not hang the dough.
- A thin nylon bag placed under the dough can be used in the mold to make it easier to take out elegantly.
- Then bake in a very hot oven from above for a short time without taking color.
