Method of preparation

  1. Knead all ingredients together until butter and margarine mix with the dough

  3. We take out the dough from the refrigerator until it becomes soft well and then knead with a sprinkle of Mazhar and stuffed with dates and dough cold
  4. We must sprinkle flour on the mold before forming to show the mold drawing well and do not hang the dough.
  5. A thin nylon bag placed under the dough can be used in the mold to make it easier to take out elegantly.
  6. Then bake in a very hot oven from above for a short time without taking color.
  7. We fry it under and it comes out of the oven.
  8. Let cool slightly, sprinkle with sugar, garnish with pistachios and keep in a tight box.
