- 2 kg dates
- 4 liters of water
Method of preparation
- We put water in a deep saucepan and bring to a boil over high heat .
- When it starts to boil, add the dates and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally .
- When foam appears on the face we remove it .
- After the dates become soft, mash them with a spoon until the water takes the flavor from it .
- We turn off the fire after joining dates completely and become tender mashed i.e. after about half an hour .
- Put a strainer on top of a deep saucepan and put on it a cloth and then pour the date mix and water over the fabric and close it and squeeze it with our hands a little and then put on top of it something heavy until it drain well for about 10 minutes .
- Keep water dates and factory on high heat until boiling and show bubbles then leave it to simmer until his case required .
