  • 1 egg
  • 1 ½ cup white flour
  • ½Cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ½Cup oil
  • 1 teaspoon Peking powder
  • 1 teaspoon milk
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa

Method of preparation

  1. Put in a bowl both eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla and beat with a hand whisk until the ingredients are completely mixed .
  2. Add the flour and baking powder and stir the ingredients until the liquid and dry mix well with each other and rub until we have a biscuit dough .
  3. Divide the dough in half, put on the second half milk and cocoa and knead it .
  4. Put butter paper on the oven tray, form biscuit discs from the dough to taste and put in the tray .
  5. Hold the oven temperature to 180 and put China in it for 15-20 minutes depending on the type of oven until golden brown .
  6. We remove the biscuits from the oven and ready to serve .
