  • - 2 medium bananas

  • - 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • - 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • - 1 tablespoon of cashew butter, almond butter or coconut
  • - 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • - 2 tablespoons of boiling water
  • - 1 cup of cold water

Method of preparing Shea and cocoa juice

  1. Put bananas, cocoa, cinnamon and cold water in a blender, beat them until homogeneous.
  2. In a cup, mix coconut oil, butter and boiling water, hot water will dissolve them together, when they mix put them in a blender and beat until all the ingredients are mixed, finally add the chia seeds and beat until the mixture is smooth.
  3. Chia seeds are added at the end because when wet they can form a thick glue-like texture, making it tough on the mixer if it settles down before mixing
  4. Pour the mixture into a glass cup and enjoy a healthy breakfast, enough for one person as a breakfast and feel full until lunch.
