
The way of the orchid in the Shami cuisine is different from the famous Egyptian orchid but it is no less delicious or rich in flavors.

Ingredients
- 3 cups milk
- 1 tablespoon blossom water
- 3 tbsp starch
- 4-5 tbsp sugar or to taste
- Cinnamon for serving
Method of preparation
- Are dissolved starch in a glass of milk.
- Raise the rest of the milk, sugar and dice water on the fire and stir until heated then add the milk and starch mixture.
- Reduces Orchid constantly until it boils.
- Garnish with ground cinnamon and serve hot.
