Ingredients
- 1 celery bunch
- 1 Apple
- ½Liter of ice water
- Honey (optional)
Method of preparation
- We wash the celery well, chop it coarsely and then put it in an electric blender .
- We wash the Apple, cut it into quarters, remove the seeds and add them over the celery in a blender .
- Add ice water and honey to taste and turn on the blender until the ingredients are well combined and we have celery juice .
- Halve the juice and distribute it on serving cups and so it is ready .
