Ingredients for the preparation ofnatural pomegranate juice :
- 4 large pomegranate seeds))
- 1½ teaspoons rose water
For the preparation of towing syrup :
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup pine nuts (soaked in a glass of water for an hour )
How to prepare natural pomegranate juice :
Make sugar syrup. :
- Put sugar and water in a deep bowl, boil for 5 minutes and add lemon juice.
- Let the drink cool .
- Peel the pomegranate, then place the grains in the food preparation blender, turn on the blender for a few minutes to mash the pomegranate, and stir [place in a sieve or a very soft strainer and press it to squeeze out as much juice].Then transfer the prepared juice to a bowl.
- Add 1/2 cup of prepared syrup and rose water.
- Taste and add extra syrup if needed.
- Stir and pour into a serving Cup and decorate with pine nuts, then refrigerate in the refrigerator and then serve.
