Walnut, cinnamon and carrot cake

  • 3 eggs
  • Sprinkle with 3 carrots
  • ½Cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup liquid milk
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 2 ½ cup white flour
  • 1 tablespoon Peking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Method of preparation

  1. Put the eggs in a bowl, add sugar and vanilla and beat with an electric whisk until the mixture rises and becomes creamy .
  2. Add milk and oil and beat the ingredients well .
  3. Sift flour and baking powder, add to the ingredients and beat well .
  4. Sprinkle with carrots, chopped walnuts and cinnamon and stir until thoroughly mixed .
  5. Heat the oven to 170 degrees, grease the cake mold with oil, sprinkle with flour and put the cake mix in the mold .
  6. We put the boat in the oven for about 35-40 minutes depending on the type of oven until cooked .
  7. We take out the cake, let it cool, then cut it and ready to serve .
