Your sleep is directly related to what you eat, healthy food makes you sleepy, and fast food keeps you from sleeping, so if you've recently felt tired after a meal, consider limiting these five foods during the day:
1. Cherry
This fruit is rich in melatonin, which controls your sleep cycle and wakes up, and when you eat an additional amount of it, it sends a signal to the body that it's time to sleep. So postponed the cherry and juice after lunch, rather than in the middle of the day.
2. Bread
It leads to a rapid rise in blood sugar (which is why you get a sudden energy boost) but when your sugar level starts to drop, your energy will drop and make you sleep.
3. Dark Chocolate
There is bad news for those who love sweet chocolate, even dark chocolate contains caffeine, and serotonin, which helps to relax.
White chocolate does not contain serotonin, so it's a wake-up call.
4. Abyssinia
The reason you feel sleepy after lunch is sometimes due to eating the undedified protein found in turkey, fish or chicken, and low-fat cheese contains a high amount of trypovans, an amino acid that increases serotonin levels.
5. Bananas
The presence of potassium and magnesium in bananas makes you sleepy, they help relax muscles and send you to the dream world, and bananas can be replaced with oranges and the smell of citrus is active.
6 . Pumpkin seeds are not toasted
Take a quantity in your fist an hour before bedtime that will help you relax and give you a deep sleep
