- 2 cups flour
- Warm water

Method of preparation
- We begin to prepare the dough, put the flour in a bowl, then gradually add warm water, rubbing the ingredients with our hands until the dough forms .
- Rub the dough well for 10 minutes until smooth .
- Sprinkle a flat surface with salt and then rub the dough over it until the salt is well mixed and about 5 minutes .
- Form the dough in the form of long fingers, cover with nylon and let rest for 30 minutes .
- To form the rosette we mix the butter with the oil, sprinkle the dough with the ingredients and then hold the long dough fingers and pass it with our hand from left to right until it becomes more thin .
- We roll the thin fingers of the dough we formed on the palm so that it becomes like a wool ball and do not forget to grease the dough with oil mixture during work so that it does not dry out .
- We put the ball on a flat surface, squeeze it slightly until it is flat, cover with nylon and let it rest 20-30 minutes .
- Heat a non-stick pan over high heat, reduce the heat to medium, add the pieces of rice, then grease the top surface with butter and oil mixture .
- Fry the pieces from both ends until golden.
