The best oil for frying and cooking is healthy and useful

The best oil for frying what is it? A question that arises with all those options before us, we find ourselves wondering about the best oils for us, and the difficulty of picking one of them.

According to specialists, changing or rotating oils is healthier, giving the body the various essential fatty acids it needs. Because no single oil contains all those fatty acids relative to the required. The body needs a mixture of monounsaturated fats, polyunsaturated, and saturated fats.

Oils rich in vitamin (E)

More recently, vitamin E-rich oils such as canola, soy and corn have been put under the spotlight for their health benefits, but recent studies have shown what is surprising, including one by Northwestern University's Feinberg School of Medicine that vitamin E-rich oils can lead to lung infections and possibly asthma. They contain vitamin E in the form of a compound called gamma - tocopherol which can adversely affect the function of the lungs, and in contrast the other positive form of vitamin E is a compound called alpha-tocopherol which is found in olive oil and sun sickness.

This study is the first to show that gamma - tocopherol is associated with a negative effect on the lungs, according to an assistant professor from Northwestern University, who compared the proportion of asthma patients in different countries, and noted that those with a lower asthma rate consumed more olive and sunflower oil. People who consume corn, soy, and canola are the highest proportion of asthmatics. Those who take alpha - tocopherol, which is found in olive oil, and sun sickness, will have better lung function, she added.

People with asthma mainly have impaired lung function, so they have elevated levels of gamma - tocopherol, and they will have greater breathing difficulties.

Besides, olive oil and sundial are better for heart health than canola oil, although these three oils are a good source of monounsaturated fats that are good for heart health.

Another recent study showed that olive oil makes the diet healthy in the Mediterranean basin, when mixed with other vegetable oils and helps reduce blood pressure and the risk of other heart diseases.
