  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½Teaspoon nutmeg
  • To prepare Qatif:
  • 1 ½ cup flour
  • ½Teaspoon instant yeast
  • ½Teaspoon baking powder
  • ½Teaspoon sugar
  • 1 ½ cup milk
  • Butter

Method of preparation

  1. We start by preparing the cream, put the milk and condensed milk in a saucepan over high heat and stir occasionally, during which we mix the cornstarch and water until smooth .
  2. When bubbles appear on the milk add corn starch gradually continue whisking until mixture is thick, then remove from the heat and add the orange blossom water and stir . Put the cream in a bowl in the fridge .
  3. Step, we create the dry ingredients then add milk gradually, then put the mixture in a warm place for an hour .
  4. Heat a non-stick pan over high heat and then grease it with butter, add 2 tbsp of the Qatif mixture and stretch it in the desired shape and when it is cooked from above and become golden from below it is ready .
  5. We mix the components of the nut filling well, put 1 tablespoon of them in the cutlets and squeeze them from the ends .
  6. Fry the Qatif in warm oil until golden and crispy and then immerse it in the cold diameter so that it is ready .
