This type of semolina bread can be eaten with cream cheese, jam or Nutella that children and adults adore and its preparation is very easy .

Ingredients
- 1 ½ cup semolina
- 2 tbsp sugar
- ½Teaspoon salt
- ½Teaspoon baking powder
- 5 tbsp melted unsalted butter
- ½Cup milk
Method of preparation
- Mix in a bowl all of semolina, baking powder, sugar and salt and stir until well combined .
- Add the melted butter, mix the ingredients well and gradually add the milk until we have a dough, cover and set aside for 5 minutes .
- Divide the dough into 6 or 8 equal pieces and encourage balls and press each of them until they become flat cut and thick .
- We use a biscuit cutter to get even harissa pieces .
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium to high heat, put the Shard pieces in it, reduce the heat and leave for 3 minutes until golden from the bottom .
- Then we flip it to the other side and leave for two minutes and then put it in the dish aside and repeat the process until the dough we got .
- Let the Moroccan squash cool slightly for at least 10 minutes and serve .
