This type of semolina bread can be eaten with cream cheese, jam or Nutella that children and adults adore and its preparation is very easy .

  • 1 ½ cup semolina
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • ½Teaspoon salt
  • ½Teaspoon baking powder
  • 5 tbsp melted unsalted butter
  • ½Cup milk

Method of preparation

  1. Mix in a bowl all of semolina, baking powder, sugar and salt and stir until well combined .
  2. Add the melted butter, mix the ingredients well and gradually add the milk until we have a dough, cover and set aside for 5 minutes .
  3. Divide the dough into 6 or 8 equal pieces and encourage balls and press each of them until they become flat cut and thick .
  4. We use a biscuit cutter to get even harissa pieces .
  5. Heat a non-stick pan over medium to high heat, put the Shard pieces in it, reduce the heat and leave for 3 minutes until golden from the bottom .
