The way Qataif works with cream and pistachios

Al Qatif with cream and pistachios Halabi from sweets that children love a lot and even adults, and in this recipe we offer you the way to prepare al Qatif at home and then fill it with cream and pistachios and serve with the diameter or honey .

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup soft semolina
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Peking powder
  • ½Teaspoon yeast
  • ½Teaspoon salt
  • 2 ½ cup warm water
  • ½Cup chopped pistachio
  • Honey
  • Cream box and the original cream can be used if available .

Method of preparation

  1. Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl together, add the water and stir until the ingredients are well combined, cover and set aside for at least 30 minutes .
  2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat, pour 2 tbsp of the mixture and leave until bubbles form and the lower face becomes golden .
  3. Cover katayef while we wait for more so it does not become dry .
  4. We stuffed al Qatif with cream and sprinkled with pistachio Halabi and served with honey or tow .
